Private Residence is an urban residential building with a total area of 1600 square meters. It is located in the town of Sofia, Kambanite complex, where Alex Kovatchev and his team completed the assignment in 2019. They consolidated the interior and exterior through their work on the building’s lining flowing into an expressive play of lights and shadows, creating a feeling of airiness and lightness.

HOW DID WE BRING THE WOW FACTOR?

Art Deco facade with natural stone lining and an imposing air atrium, enriched with glass and vertical green gardens. A feeling of luxury achieved with furniture by BACCARAT, ROBERTO CAVALLI, etc.
