Urban Chic

BULGARIA, CITY OF SOFIA, STUDENTSKI GRAD NEIGHBORHOOD

Urban Chic is a project for a single-family high-rise residential building Studentski grad in Sofia. The outlook of its façade has been remodeled, for which new materials have been used such as clinker, decorative plaster, decorative railings, ornaments and beautiful frames around the windows. The aesthetics of the exterior merge into the interior of the two foyers of the building.

HOW DID WE BRING THE WOW FACTOR?

IDEA team achieved the intended merging effect through the use of frames and the combination of warm colors with black, beautiful mirrors, creating a feeling of space.
