Utopia House

Gallery

The concept combines sophisticated contemporary luxury with a distinct identity for each space, unified by a warm material language. Marble, wood and brass meet sculptural furniture, a floating staircase and lush greenery in a balanced and dynamic composition.

The palette combines Calacatta marble, Macassar wood and natural oak with bouclé, velvet and linen textiles. Brass, crystal, stone surfaces and timber slats add texture, contrast and refinement.

Materials

Sand, taupe, cream and caramel tones create a warm foundation, contrasted by espresso brown, graphite and brass accents. Dramatic dark tones in the bathroom and rich blue and red hues in the children’s room give each space its own distinctive identity.

Colors

The furnishings combine soft designer pieces with bespoke elements crafted from Macassar wood, marble and brass. Modular sofas, bouclé armchairs and custom-made furniture reinforce the contemporary character and individuality of each area.

Furnishings

The lighting combines concealed architectural lines with decorative crystal, glass and brass fixtures to create a variety of lighting scenarios. Subdued lighting in the cinema room, a warm glow in the bedroom and colourful accents in the children’s room reflect the character and function of each space.

Crafting Atmosphere

The interior unfolds as a sequence of distinct moods, ranging from bright and serene spaces to dramatic, intimate settings. Rounded forms, generous volumes and carefully orchestrated lighting unite the home in an elegant and harmonious composition.

Atmosphere Through Materials

Calacatta marble and dark Macassar wood create a distinctive contrast, softened by bouclé, velvet and natural textiles. Brass, crystal and timber slats add lustre, rhythm and rich tactile depth.

Tailored Living

The home is organised around the family’s everyday lifestyle, with open social spaces, a private cinema and comfortable personal areas. The master bedroom, children’s room and gallery-like corridor are individually designed to reflect the function and character of their occupants.
