The concept transforms the existing building into a contemporary family home organised around a striking atrium extending through every level. Art Deco aesthetics, stone surfaces and a strong connection with nature give the architecture a bold and timeless character.
The palette combines stone cladding and graphic black-and-white marble with dark wood, blue velvet and soft textiles. Crystal, glass, brass accents and vertical greenery add light, texture and refinement.
Materials
Indigo and midnight blue meet the graphic contrast of black and white, creating a distinctive Art Deco palette. Brass, sand and beige tones introduce warmth, while lush greenery adds a sense of natural freshness.
Colors
The furnishings embrace the Art Deco aesthetic through sculptural forms, velvet, dark wood and refined metallic details. Statement pieces in the living room, study and master bedroom combine sophistication, comfort and a distinctive individual character.
Furnishings
The large-scale lighting installation in the atrium emphasises the verticality of the space, transforming light into a defining architectural element. Crystal chandeliers, glass fixtures and natural light from the east-facing glazing create a rich interplay of reflections and shadows.
